This position requires a person that loves close interaction with the clients and appreciates dressing up for work. Our business is to make people feel and look great, and of course feel special. This means the person that is right for this position has to have Great customer service and want to work in a fast pace & team base work environment.

Responsibilities

Implement perfect consultation with each guess based on selected services
Perform efficient, consistent and beautiful blowouts
Educate guest & suggest the proper services, products and treatments that LUXBAR offers
Deliver exceptional client experience, attention and care within the salon
Salon duty including, but not limited to: cleaning, sweeping, inventory, cleaning dishes/glasses, re-stocking product shelves

Qualifications

Must have a valid Cosmetology license to practice in Texas
Exceptional styling and finishing skills
Desire to provide amazing client service experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and execute strong time management
Ability to work well in a team based environment and diverse staff at all times

This position requires a person that loves close interaction with the public and appreciates dressing up for work.
Our business is to make people feel and look great, and of course feel special. This means the person that is right for this position has to have Great customer service and want a fast pace work environment.

Responsibilities:
Educating guests about the services and products we offer, greeting guests and checking guests out, booking appointments with accuracy, answering busy phones, be able to multitask and support many stylists.
Other responsibilities are:
handling credit card transactions, balancing cash drawer, performing all required opening and closing procedures accurately, do daily check for salon compliance, retail inventory control and ordering, perform any other duties as requested by management.

– Have polished presentation and well groomed, Pleasant attitude and positive energy
– Have excellent customer service skills
– Be friendly, personable and team player
– Be articulate and communicate effectively
– Be responsible and reliable
– Ability to work flexible days and hours, including evenings & weekends
– Have a reliable transportation
– Basic computer skills necessary
